ARRIVAL TIME

In order to have the best experience, I invite clients to arrive 5 minutes early for nail appointments to ensure there is plenty of time to discuss the treatment and choose from the vast range of colours available. As a courtesy to all my clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, and treatments begun later than 10 minutes will be shortened in consideration of the next client.

It is important to know that the nail salon has limited space, therefore I am only able to accomodate one waiting client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If any changes or cancellations need to be made, a notice of at least 24 hours is a MUST.

In the case of a short notice cancellation including no-shows (less than 24 hours of your appointment time) a non-refundable cash or PayPal £10 deposit will be required to secure your next appointments. This fee will be applied subsequently if you wish to continue booking services with Hello Beautiful Nail Bar. PayPal details available on request.

NAIL AFTERCARE SERVICE

In the event you chip your nails within three days after nail varnish or Gel polish were applied, please report this with a photo to hellobeautiful.contact@gmail.com and we will discuss your free nail repair on the affected nails as soon as possible. For nail enhancements, the free nail repair applies within 5 days of your original appointment.
